| Approaching the Darwin Sand bar on Fri 27 Aug 10 around 1248 hrs |
This is the Theme photo taken on the Sandbar off Cullen Bay last year, where I attended a work function BBQ there. I thought I'd use it as my "theme" picture. You know that television series Days Of Our Lives and the narrator says " Like Sands Through The Hour Glass, So Are The Days Of Our Lives", but in my case I decided to use the word "Sandbar." The casino has their own Sandbar as a tribute to the Darwin Sandbar whose hyperlink I have inserted, the picture is mine that I took whilst being on the Sandbar. Later on I will show some photos.
I am actually quite surprised that there is no photo or a tourist attraction website on this Sandbar. We do have a bar/night club at the Casino called Sandbar in tribute to the photos of my Sandbar.
